Today there are many franchise opportunities for those that aspire to create and take control of their own future. With the uncertainty in the job market starting your own business can be both a thrilling experience as well very frightening. The stats show that 50% of new small businesses will fail within the first two years. This is due to lack of resources to sustain the business and a solid business plan. I would also add that you need to have a passion for what you are doing or you risk creating a company that is built on just numbers. Put your plan together and talk to others in the field you are interested in entering and do your research on the business and market potential.
