Finding a job today

The job market has been a roller coaster as of late, but I amazed to see all the help wanted signs everywhere. You read the reports about jobless claims and think that companies are cutting back and that there are no jobs to be had but this is just not the case. Although companies are becoming more stringent about who they hire using employment screening tests to make sure that the investment that they are going to make is not short lived. If you are currently looking then you might want to make sure that you are not partying to hard before going into the interview as this could be a potential deal killer.
