finding the best gift around

If there is one thing that I have found when trying to find the perfect gift for my team is that everyone loves a gift card. While you may want to tailor the gift to each individual getting them a gift card allows them to choose just the right color or size of their gift. Even my wife agrees with me since she has received numerous gifts from her employer when she worked and every time she ended up taking it back and exchanging for something that she wanted. The thought was certainly nice, but the end result was that the gift did not make the impact that was intended.
