Getting ready for Summer

Summer is just a few short months away here in our area and you can see all the people kicking their weight loss plans into high gear. Some are looking for that quick weight loss answer but the best way is to lose those holiday pounds gradually. We have learned so much about weight loss and it’s effects on your overall health in the past few decades that it makes sense to try and shed a few extra pounds. It is known that for each 10 pounds that you lose in belly fat it will reduce the amount of stress you put on your knees by 40 pounds. So if your are slightly overweight you can do your knees some good and start to exercise.
