Getting the extended service plans

It appears that consumers are looking for the extended service plan for their appliances and electronics. Hoping to keep the items that they purchase for a longer period of time consumers are looking to keep their costs down by getting those extended warranties. It was thought that you would never use those service plans, but it does provide some value especially on the higher priced items that consumers do not have the funds to replace every 3-4 years. While this may not be great news for some retailers the repair shops that have to take on these contracts are seeing a boom in their business.
