Remodeling your basement

We just recently finished our basement and one of the areas that I was trying to make different was my office. I wanted to install wood flooring so that it created a separate and distinct area and a place where I could hold meetings with my team. I found out that you cannot install hard wood below grade in a basement due to moisture issues so our option was to go with what they call “engineered wood flooring” It looks and feel like real wood but is processed slightly different so that you do not have to worry about moisture and they are very durable.
