The best shower head ever

I was watching one of the old Seinfield episodes where Kramer is obsessed with shower faucets to get a more thorough cleaning. I think that show was able to turn something as ordinary as low water pressure and faulty shower head into a 30 minute episode. The best part was when Kramer went to meet with his buyer for this powerful showerhead and it was set up like a covert operation for him to purchase this item.
