Why not have a sale

As we watch all the economic news come in about consumer spending and compaines looking to cut costs by laying off workers it can make people want to hold onto their money and not spend. Which is actually the opposite of what you want to happen in order to start turning things around. So I was thinking why not have a Black Friday sale in the middle of Spring. People love bargains and the thought of moving around one of the busiest shopping days around to a time that we may need this extra lift could be a great idea.
