Getting in shape

Recent literature has come out showing that even moderate exercise is beneficial. It has always been the thought that you needed to exercise at least one hour a day and need to get your heart rate up above your target rate to have any health benefits. There are various cardio and abs workout that are popular and only take 20-30 minutes a day. Now the research is showing that even 30 minutes a day can have beneficial health benefits even when broken up in smaller chunks. So next time you head to the mall look for the furthest parking spot and give your heart and body something good to achieve.
